Fees/Admission
Tickets cost is $135.00 per person and $980 per table of eight, and include two-hour open bar, hors d'oeuvres, dinner, dessert, coffee, and music. Sponsorship opportunities range from $795 to $2795; journal ads range from $185 to $700.
