fixit! is the outgrowth of my interest and experience with making my own home repairs over nearly 40 years, recent work as a hotel maintenance tech, and a desire to start a business based on high quality work and customer service standards. I will also draw on my background as a teacher and corporate writer and editor to ensure clear communication.
Foremost, I approach service delivery with empathy toward customers to provide help and solutions.
